ToggleHow to get funding for a startup
When considering how to obtain financing for your start-up business project, the first thing to be clear about is that the source of financing can be diverse.
For example, we could talk about private or bank financing, or, on the contrary, opt for public financing. In either case, accessing this aid can be complex because of the time involved in analyzing the options and carrying out the entire application process. Moreover, once financing has been obtained, it is crucial to know how to optimize it.
At The Startup CFO we have a public funding service for startups through which we ensure that you know all the possible funding alternatives to which you can apply and that you maximize the amount received. How do we do it? By analyzing your project in a personalized way through well-defined steps:
⦁ Our team will study the operation of your business and the different startup financing options you could apply for. With that information, we will be able to give you detailed indications on the amount to apply for and the chances of success of your request.
⦁ The next step will be the preparation, by us, of the report to be submitted for your application.
⦁ After the presentation of the report, we will continue to work with you to find the next support you might be eligible for: R&D&I grants, tax incentives, etc. There are so many options available beyond a first round of startup funding that we won’t just focus on trying to get a single grant.
Best public funding options for startups
As we have mentioned, at The Startup CFO we want to make it easy for you by helping you find all the possible startup funding alternatives that best suit your project and your goals. Among the possibilities we consider are the following.
Co-investment grants
These grants can complement your private startup funding round with public loans, in order to maximize the amount raised with less dilution. Some examples are:
