Correcto has a variety of software products, including a “premium” online editor, an API for integration into other platforms, and a free Google Chrome extension. In the first nine months of launch, Correcto reached over 50,000 users.
Kymatio is a cybersecurity startup that offers a SaaS platform for companies and organizations looking to manage the cyber risks of their employees. Founded by neurologists Antonio Dávalos, Jaume Coll, and Alicia Martínez with the commitment to provide tools to improve diagnosis and prognosis for patients suffering from an ischemic stroke. The company has developed BraiN20, a medical device that automatically records and analyzes neuronal electrical activity. The device is designed to help diagnose and treat ischemic stroke. The device records brain signals and analyzes them to determine the severity of the stroke and the most appropriate treatment options.
Doctor Vida is a handheld portable device for isothermal amplification of viral genetic biomarker nucleic acids. It can be operated from any smartphone in a clinical or research environment, or even at home or in the office. Doctor Vida is a multi-purpose pocket analyzer that runs individual samples, with low risk of contamination. Storage of these tubes requires refrigeration, and only a small amount of time is needed to balance at room temperature. The result time is between 20 and 50 minutes at most, and results are delivered directly to the patient’s smartphone.
B2Space is a space technology startup founded in 2016 by four engineers with the goal of democratizing access to space by providing the most reliable, flexible, and low-cost launch system on the planet. B2Space’s launch concepts involve a stratospheric balloon that raises a rocket launcher to altitudes of 35 km, where aerodynamic resistance is insignificant.
