Charms is a consumer app where anyone can create AI characters with personality, reasoning memory, voice, visual identity and their own economy built around them.

The pre-seed round of $1.5 million was backed by Lattice, JME, Coinbase Ventures’ Base Ecosystem Fund and Gidorah via Echo, with an additional grant from World Foundation and business angels. The funds will be used to scale the platform.

 

Impetux Optics is a spin-off from the Universitat de Barcelona founded in 2012, specialised in the development of advanced photonic instrumentation for the life sciences.

The €2.5 million round was led by Bullnet Capital and will allow the company to drive the industrialisation and commercial launch of its technology, advancing its roadmap including a first version integrated with Sensocell®.


 

Overwatch AI is a platform that helps pilots, cabin crew and front-line operations managers in aviation quickly find critical information and make fast, efficient operational decisions.

The $1.5 million round included United Airlines Ventures, Baobab Ventures, Pegasus Innovation Lab and Masia, alongside business angels. The funds will be used to grow the team, scale deployment across more airlines and expand.

 

Fresh People, a Valencia-based technology company specialised in leadership and team management, is beginning its definitive transition to Booster.

The €2.6 million round was led by Inveready with participation from Archipiélago Next, Successful Fund, Paloma Tejada (former BBVA executive) and entrepreneurs from Spain and Mexico. The funds will consolidate Booster’s development.


 

eVoost AI is a startup specialised in artificial intelligence applied to real estate commercialisation, headquartered in Abu Dhabi with operations in Madrid and Gijón.

The €2 million round was led by First Drop, alongside a syndicated fund linked to the Hub71 ecosystem backed by Mubadala, and investors from Romania and the UAE. The funds will accelerate platform development and international expansion.

 

FlexiiC is a spin-off from the Instituto de Microelectrónica de Barcelona (CSIC), founded in 2022, dedicated to the design and development of organic and flexible integrated circuits.

The €2 million round was led by Bullnet Capital and will allow the company to strengthen its engineering team, secure manufacturing agreements and expand commercial activity with OEM partners, positioning itself as a key player.


 

Darwin Biomed is a startup developing MICHELANGELO, an intelligent walker based on assistive robotics and advanced AI designed to improve the autonomy, safety and quality of life.

The €1 million round was structured in two phases: first Easo Ventures and ERREKA joined as financial and industrial partners; then Sodena and several business angels came on board. The operation was complemented by an ENISA and bank financing.

 

 

TietAI has developed Hydra, an artificial intelligence layer designed to power hospital operations: data ingestion, clinical workflows, care transitions, clinical scheduling and billing.

The €2.5 million seed round was led by Plus Partners, alongside BStartup Banco Sabadell, Archipiélago Next and several business angels. The funds will be used to grow the engineering team and accelerate certified deployments.

 


 

HireVoice uses AI voice agents to conduct in-depth, adaptive interviews available 24/7, evaluating both technical skills and soft skills of each candidate. The agent adjusts its questions in real time.

The €900,000 round was led by DraperB1, with participation from 4FoundersCapital. The company will accelerate its growth in the European market, where only 36% of organisations use AI in their selection processes.

 

 

beXReal specialises in augmented and mixed reality AR/XR technology solutions for the industrial sector, using the graphical potential of video games to transform operational procedures into digital flows.

beXReal has closed a new €200,000 funding round through Crowdfunding Bizkaia, reaching its investment target in just 12 hours, with the backing of the Diputación Foral de Bizkaia. The funds will allow the company to accelerate its expansion.
