The new year kicks off with strong momentum in the startup ecosystem. From encrypted AI and digital health to circular economy platforms and identity infrastructure, these 10 companies have just raised key funding rounds and are ready to scale. Here are the standout startups for January:

HeyDiga is a generative AI startup developing intelligent voice agents for SMEs and service businesses. Its solution automates inbound calls, bookings, inquiries, and scheduling.

The €1M round was led by KFund, along with the founders of JobandTalent. The funds will support growth in key verticals, product integrations, and go-to-market acceleration. The company is already preparing a Series A to expand internationally.

 

Didit is building the identity layer of the Internet. Its platform enables secure, scalable digital identity verification and compliance, with a focus on user experience and regulated industries.

The $2M raised came from Y Combinator, Saasholic, Hypersphere, and others. The capital will strengthen infrastructure, speed, and SDKs, while maintaining a lean and efficient team. Retention and NRR metrics remain a top priority.


 

Adcities transforms out-of-home (OOH) advertising through its OMI (Outdoor Media Intelligence) platform. It uses urban data and AI to make this opaque channel measurable and segmentable.

The €3M+ round was led by Adara Ventures, with Plus Partners, Bynd, and business angels participating. Funds will strengthen the OMI data stack, grow sales in Spain, and support expansion starting in Mexico.

 

Manglai is a climate-tech startup offering AI-powered tools to manage companies’ environmental impact. It integrates emissions data with decarbonization planning for B2B clients.

The €1M round follows a prior €500K round, bringing total funding above €1.5M. The round was led by Acurio. The funds will boost AI capabilities, strengthen commercial strategy in Europe, and reinforce its position as a B2B climate platform.

 

Punto Health is a digital health startup focused on cognitive decline and dementia care. Its products, PuntoCare and PuntoClinic, connect patients, families, and professionals with personalized care.

The $2.7M round, co-led by Shilling VC and Plus Partners, will scale the platform, expand early detection features, and support pilots with the NHS and Spanish hospitals. The team will also enhance its technical infrastructure.

 

Wodan AI develops encrypted AI technology that enables machine learning and LLM models to run on fully encrypted data without decryption. It targets regulated sectors such as finance and healthcare.

The €2M pre-seed round was led by JME Ventures, Swanlaab, ScaleFund, and Adara Ventures. The funds will expand the R&D team, accelerate the technical roadmap, and launch pilots with financial institutions.

 

ScrapAd is a marketplace that digitizes the international trade of scrap and recyclable metals. Its platform improves traceability, compliance, and transparency in a historically fragmented market.

The €6M round was led by Inclimo and Suma. They are planning to use their new resources to support their circular economy. Funds will expand global coverage, add new material categories, and enhance pricing and risk tools.

 

Heruistik is a healthtech startup applying AI to optimize hospital operations and patient management. It improves real-time clinical information and care coordination.

The €2.1M round will go toward product development, certifications, and commercial growth in Spain and Europe. The company will also strengthen its data science team and clinical partnerships.

 

Alinia is a platform enabling AI assistant governance in regulated sectors. It integrates workflows, data, and compliance, reducing operational risk, especially in the finance industry.

The €6.4M round was led by Mouro Capital. Funds will expand product capabilities, strengthen integrations, and scale sales and support teams. Alinia plans to consolidate its presence in Europe and explore new markets.

 

Vig-Sec Drone is an industrial drone startup offering surveillance, inspection, and monitoring solutions. It combines hardware, software, and services for sectors like logistics and security.

The €1M round, backed by Encomenda, Lugo Transforma, Vigo Activo, and XesGalicia, will scale the drone fleet, improve technology, and unlock new industrial use cases. The company will also advance compliance and certifications.
