A lawyer specializing in commercial and corporate law with extensive experience in the startup sector, she has advised numerous Venture Capital transactions and served as a board secretary in multiple companies. She began her professional career at Garrigues and later served as the Director of Legal Affairs at Ontruck and Cobee.
She holds a double degree in Law and Public Administration from the University of Navarra and an Executive Master’s in Legal Advisory for Businesses from the Garrigues Studies Center.
